Realty Pulse is free to use. Data is provided as-is from public UK sources — HM Land Registry, the Office for National Statistics (Price Index of Private Rents, derived from Valuation Office Agency data), local planning authority registers, MHCLG’s Planning Data Platform and the Planning London Datahub. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service. Automated scraping, bulk account creation and resale of data extracted from Realty Pulse are all prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate abusive accounts without notice.

No warranty

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. GENŌ Intelligentia Limited is not liable for commercial, investment or other decisions made on the basis of data shown on Realty Pulse. You are responsible for verifying anything material to your own decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
