What we collect

When you create a Realty Pulse account we store three things: your email address, the name you provide, and a bcrypt-hashed version of the password you choose. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To let you create a personal dashboard, portfolio and watchlist, and to keep you signed in across visits.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party. Your data stays on our infrastructure.

Cookies

We set one essential HTTP-only session cookie — propintel_session — used to keep you signed in. No analytics cookies. No marketing cookies. No cross-site tracking. We also set a small first-party dismissal flag (rp_consent_shown) so the cookie notice stops appearing after you acknowledge it.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@geno-intelligentia.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
